MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE is a Civil Registry document that may be availed of by securing a certified transcript, true or photocopy from the Malay Municipal Civil Registrar's Office.


Please follow instructions below:

  1. Fill in the request slip.
  2. Give the request slip to the clerk.
  3. Wait for the clerk to verify the requested civil registry document.
  4. After the verification, the clerk will advise you to pay the fees.
  5. Go to Revenue Collector clerk's window at Municipal Treasury Office and pay the fees.
  6. Go back to Municipal Civil Registrar's Office and present the receipt.
  7. Wait for the release of the document you requested.

You will be charged of the following fees: 

  • Certification fee: P/ 100.00
  • Marriage Certificate fee: P/ 50.00/copy
